How long have you been at Erilyan?

I have been with Erilyan for 11.5 Years - I was the 1st Delivery staff member employed. The first job I completed was a small 200m2 back to base build job. The support from the founding directors on that job to the support received on the jobs today are very much the same.

Why Erilyan?

Through the 11.5 years i have been with the company, the one thing that has remained constant is the culture at Erilyan. The honest & tansparent relationships we have and continue to build with our subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and clients makes us the company we ar today. I'm a big beliver that what we do isnt hard.'its just building' -but its our people, our attitudes and how we communicate that makes things even easier!

How long have you been at Erilyan?

I first met the Erilyan team whilst working at Sydney Lyric Theatre. I was studying Architecture at the time and attended various meetings with them. This sparked my interest in who they were and what they were doing. The cross over between my role at Sydney Lyric and how Erilyan managed their projects led me to shift my focus from architecture to construction in 2020. My first project with Erilyan was as a Contract Administrator at Westmead Private Hospital.

Why Erilyan?

From that first meeting with Erilyan, through to now, their genuine dedication to their clients and staff was apparent. I truly value the collaborative nature of the team; it sets the stage for a strong and trusting relationships. The belief that no one is above anyone else creates a truly inclusive environment where everyone matters, regardless of job titles.

How long have you been at Erilyan?

I started with Erilyan late 2020 as a Junior Estimator. During my time here, I have been exposed to a diverse range of commercial projects from a wave pool to data centers and hospitals. The best part of the job is the collaborative partnerships we create with our clients. Erilyan consistently play a pivotal role in the early stages of projects, coordinating design and cost planning to help steer a development/project in the right direction. This layer of commercial exposure has had a massive impact on my growth and skill set.

How long have you been at Erilyan?

I joined Erilyan in 2021 as a Project Cadet whilst still studying at university. Throughout my time at Erilyan I have been guided by experienced teams that are committed to ensuring I grow as a construction professional. Erilyan has always created a supportive environment whilst I completed my studies, allowing me the opportunity to take on more work when my time permits, which played a huge role in ensuring that once I graduated, I had a clear path from project coordinator through to a skilled CA.

Why Erilyan?

I value working at Erilyan because of the potential for versatility and growth. Whilst here, I have been able to work on running concrete pours alongside site managers, taking part in design meetings with service engineers, completing tender submissions with our estimators, and even working with our directors on creating and maintaining our internal reporting systems. Every day is different to the next, and I like being able to come to work and know that there is potential to work on a new and exciting task with a new set of people to deliver results and learn from. I value that I can pick up the phone knowing that any of the directors/senior management will always answer with enthusiasm.
