The new endoscopy day procedure unit was built within an existing cold shell. The development includes patient reception, pre-operative interview rooms, change areas, bathrooms facilities and patient holding bays, two Endoscopy theatres with associated utility rooms, staff rooms and offices as well as a three-stage recovery.
