Erilyan managed the Design & Construction of Ramsay’s new office space on levels 7 & 8 tower B of the ‘under construction’ North Shore Health Hub due for completion February 2021.

Features of the office included an internal staircase, fluted glazed windows, Large Kitchen & Social spaces, executive boardrooms and AV Systems incorporating both Microsoft Teams & Zoom. Electronic sit to stand workstations & Ergonomic furniture were also used throughout the space. Acoustic performance was a high level consideration and has been achieved effectively in Boardrooms, meeting Rooms and offices.

The build also incorporated Many COVID Safe Solutions. i.e workstation spacing and reduction of touch points
