This new build is an addition to the existing private hospital and includes a new retaining wall and subsequent realignment of the loading dock driveway. It also includes the addition of a hydrotherapy pool, the expansion of the gymnasium and a 10 bed rehabilitation ward. The new build will tie into the existing hospital with a new nurse’s station and utility rooms and a refurbishment of the existing rehabilitation.
