Design and construction of a new 30 bed Adolescent Eating Disorder Unit built over the existing facility. Installation of 3 floor lift and raised consult rooms connected via a foot bridge to the existing level 1. Complete installation of all new services and carpark re-leveling. The existing ground floor reception and shared space areas were also completed as part of the project. All works were completed in line with Health Facility Guidelines for Mental Health Construction.
