New build Mental Health facility as an extension to the existing Northside Macarthur Clinic. The works include 23 new room with ensuite’s, new consult rooms, group rooms, medication rooms and large outdoor areas. Erilyan and our projects partners ACOR & Austruss developed a prefabricated formwork system, allowing the build to sit inside the existing roof space with minimal impact to the client and their operational rooms below. The project also implemented modular bathrooms to further reduce our time and impact on site.
