Complete strip out and fitout of an 1100sqm tenancy in Macquarie Park, turning the space into a state of the art office and laboratory. The design and construct delivery was to create a test kitchen, laboratory & pilot plant for the physical testing of food production. The project also involved the created of office space, boardrooms and kitchenette.
