Erilyan were engaged as part of a multistage refurbishment to Ramsay Healthcare’s Albert Road Clinic including the Wren Ward. The works to the Wren Ward included 24 new ward rooms which compromise of General pods, ICA pods, Perinatal pods and Eating Disorder pods, replacement of 2 existing lifts, new family play room, common and reception areas, and new meeting room. The project also involved a full design & construct upgrade to the existing infrastructure, including mechanical & electrical infrastructure. Dual-integration IT systems were also installed allowing Ramsay Healthcare and Alfred Health to operate in the ward.
