While the North Shore Health Hub was under construction, Erilyan was engaged to manage the D&C of Ramsay Health Care’s new office space on Level 7 & 8, Tower B.
Project features included an internal staircase, fluted glazed windows, large kitchen & social spaces, executive boardrooms and AV systems incorporating both Microsoft Teams & Zoom. Electronic sit-to-stand workstations & ergonomic furniture were also used throughout the space. Acoustic performance was a high priority and effectively implemented in the boardroom, meeting rooms and offices with innovative options.
The build also incorporated many COVID safe solutions. e.g. workstation spacing and reduction of touch points.
