The project at the Castle Hill Supercentre involved the repositioning and upgrade of 3,000m² of retail tenancies and mall areas through effective management of the live trading environment. The works included creation of 4 new tenancies, with high-end joinery and ceiling finishes, feature lighting, complete flooring upgrades with new feature floor finishes, new architectural shopfronts, a complete upgrade of existing services, upgrade of essential services, and introduction of new tenancy air conditioning systems. In just 7 weeks, Erilyan completed the works in the open, trading retail centre.
