Winners of the 2025 W.Media ANZ Oceania Cloud & Datacenter Award for Innovation of the Year – Design & Build for our work on STACK Infrastructure MEL01A.

This project delivered a 36MW state-of-the-art facility, enabled by innovative in-house commissioning methodologies and extensive offsite prefabrication.

A multidisciplinary leader with nearly two decades of experience across architecture, construction, and advisory, Kirby brings a unique blend of strategic foresight and technical depth to the role. She oversees planning, design, and commercial alignment across all projects, ensuring clarity and confidence from the earliest stages and further strengthening Erilyan’s front-end capability as we continue to grow.

Working closely with teams across the country, Kirby is driving collaboration, consistency, and integration to ensure every project is set up for success from day one.

At one of Australia’s leading centres for orthopaedic surgery, we upgraded critical infrastructure within a live, operational hospital, with zero disruption to patient care.

What we delivered:
• New endoscopy unit
• Interview rooms
• Discharge ward

All staged in the middle of an active ward environment.

This upgrade enhances patient flow, reduces wait times, and supports Ramsay’s investment in next-gen surgical technology, including robotics and navigation systems.

We’ve officially turned the sod at @ramsayhealthau Port Macquarie Private Hospital, joined by @robertdwyermp MP Member of Port Macquarie and John Slaven, Director Finance and Performance, Mid North Coast Local Health District.

The redevelopment includes:
▪️A new operating theatre
▪️Imaging suite + CSSD
▪️Front of house upgrades
▪️New carpark

This marks our fourth major project in the region and continues our long-standing partnership with Ramsay Health Care.

Our tower crane is now up and running, a key step in delivering the next stage of expansion for our repeat client @ramsayhealthau

This project includes
- new car parking levels
- 13-bed ward
- medical services
- two fully integrated theatres

All seamlessly connected to the existing hospital.

Despite complex micro piling in a live basement and tough weather, the team’s kept things moving on time, on budget, and without disruption.

The Erilyan Way in action: early involvement, smart planning, strong partnerships, and disciplined delivery.

Health Social Infrastructure Award Winner 🏆 @urban_taskforce_australia 2025 Development Excellence Awards

The GenesisCare Campbelltown Integrated Cancer and Health Centre (Stage 1 of the Macarthur Health Precinct) has been awarded the Health Social Infrastructure Award, recognised for its innovation, impact and contribution to long-term community health outcomes.

This follows the project’s 6 Star Green Star design certification @gbcaus setting a new benchmark in sustainable, patient-focused healthcare design.

Today the Erilyan team and our client Northwest volunteered with ReLove, who support people in crisis by helping them set up safe and comfortable homes, providing furniture and essentials with dignity, choice and care.
