The Avenue Private Hospital is believed to be a world first delivery of a composite structure, and having been delivered three months early without disruption to the operational hospital, is a remarkable state-of-the-art facility. The 36 prefabricated complete modules were delivered and assembled in just 48 hours, minimising time, cost and disruption. The five level building includes operating theatres, 1st and 2nd stage recovery bays, CSSD, DOSA, dermatology practice, staff facilities, administration areas and new carpark.
