The Sydney Lyric Theatre major renovation project involved extensive structural works to the existing high-profile theatre, including complete renovation of the auditorium and seating extension through intricate structural methodology. Erilyan successfully delivered this complex construction project, which included a new follow spot location, comprehensive acoustic treatment, high-end detailed joinery, and creation of four flexible seating modes via a custom motorised wall system, as well as a new bar and amenities. The entire project was completed in just 9 weeks.
