Equinix SY5 Phase 3

Erilyan’s eighth collaborative project with long-term partner Equinix resulted in an award-winning extension to the existing SY5 Data Centre in Alexandria. The project comprised of comprehensive site remediation and piling, the construction of a new post-tensioned structure, and a precast façade featuring public art. Erilyan also successfully delivered the full fit-out of the top two floors including data halls, secondary mechanical plant rooms, electrical switch rooms, battery, and STS rooms. Additionallly, key infrastructure such as chillers, buffer tanks, cooling towers, generators and electrical switch rooms were added to the existing building, all effectively and seamlessly integrated to the existing data centre.
